Lg gas stove whoosh sound

I have a LG gas stove. When the buzzer goes off to tell you that it is pre heated the stove makes a whoosh sound. Also, during the cooking time, we hear whoosh sounds. This does not seem normal. Does any one know of a cause or of a fix. The stove is almost 4 years old.

A gas oven maintains it's temperature by cycling on and off. The whoosh you're hearing is the gas lighting on the on cycle. But you've say you've had the oven for 4 years - has it always made this sound or is this a recent occurrence?

It seems to be more recent. It has always done it when the oven indicates that it is pre heated.
