| I am considering buying the combination unit of a Thermidor 30 inch convection/electric wall oven & convection microwave - please discuss pros & cons. I am also considering buying the 4 burner gas cooktop - a free Thermidor dish washer is thrown into the deal. Does the convection microwave really crisp food? All inputs appreciated. |

| I would never recommend doing a combination appliance as one portion always breaks and you're left with an expensive baking pan storage. Nor would I recommend Thermador (or Bosch) based on their treatment of Julia Child's image and her foundation. |
