Frigidaire range oven SMELL

We have had our Frigidaire range for 9 months and when we use the oven for cooking something at higher temps, it smells awful! Most probably at 400 degrees and above. It is self cleaning and we've run the cycle, cleaned inside oven and it still smells like it needs to 'burn off' the newness..... any others had this problem with Frigidaire?

I just read an Amazon review of the New GE induction range saying the same thing about that oven. Wonder what it's about?

Frigidaire said something about the binding on the insulation causing it and it should go away,
