We live in a great little bungalow built in 33' and I feel our range should have a classic look vs the modern lines of the grates on the Samsung and Whirlpool ranges. We have a stainless whirlpool french door refrigerator and dishwasher that we love.

My dream is a 30" Bertazonni Pro in white enamel with stainless but with a baby on the way our money is going to more important things. We have high quality 42" wood cabinets painted a butter yellow color with black granite counter tops and nicely aged solid oak floors. The cabinets may be painted white in the next few years and counter tops changes for a different granite.

Currently we have a 30" Frigidaire electric range but are plumbed for gas and I have always wanted a gas range. I would like to spend around $1000-1500 and want stainless since our fridge and dishwasher are stainless. We have an OTR microwave and will replace it to match new range.

Thoughts on something reliable with a decent look and not totally cheap?
