When I purchased my Viking induction range just the word Viking had people questioning me as to why I would purchase anything from Viking .. After exhaustive research. Both on the net and trips to the distributor , I was convinced I was making the right choice for me.. 2-1/2 years later I couldn't be happier .. The range performs like a rockstar as any induction does , but the precision of the control knobs is what sold me then and still makes me smile!! It just makes it so easy to control by feel , and also you can just watch the reaction to the food your cooking .. Induction control is that quick! I'm sold on induction and will never regret not going gas .. And the ease of cleaning is unbelievable... I'm convinced had I gone gas my range top would not look as consistently clean as my induction does... To all those that wrote me direct and were considering purchasing I hope your as happy as I am ... How's it looking these days , I will let u decide that.....
