Calling all CC, BS and any other open burner users - show us your food porn!

I christened my CC last night. Instead of doing something familiar, I decided break out my new wok and give it a whirl. That was fun and tasty too. The heat offered by the CC's open burners is very impressive - I found I needed to turn it down just a bit (of course I don't yet know what I'm doing). I now understand the fuss. Can't wait to sear a good juicy New York strip.

Congratulations on the christening! The wok looks like a seasoned pro (no pun intended).

I'm going to be ordering my CC soon (36" six burner). Roof went up last week, but we're still not projected to be finished until May.

From the title of your post, I was expecting to see someone's chestnuts roasting on an open burner :-)
