 o
New GE Induction Range?

Posted by newkit1 (My Page) on

I have not seen any posts recently about the new GE freestanding induction range PHB915SDSS. It appears to be almost $1000 cheaper than the PHB925STSS. The new unit has less stainless trim but otherwise seems very similar in specs.

Does anyone have information or experience with the new unit?

Also, any information on a new GE slide-in induction range?

Its listed on AJ Madison as "coming August 1, 2013"; see the link below.

Here is a link that might be useful: GE's PHB915SDSS induction range

Chac, thanks for that. I had missed it before when checking on AJ Madison site. I don't think we can wait that long.

It was listed on GE's site for a few weeks, but was them removed, probably because it was listed too early.
The AJ Madison site first said it was coming out March 1st, but now in August. Not really sure what the difference is between the PHB925 and PHB915 besides the stainless trim parts around the stove top.

For the newer slide-in, no news yet on when the new will come out or what the model # will be.
