Hello everyone. I'm a newbie and I have joined gardenweb with the highest of hopes that someone has a solution for my brand new and already fully replaced with brand new sub zero side by side 48" built in refrigerator. Same as the initial refrigerator problem, the replacement refrigerator drain pan will not evaporate. We've had multiple service visits and still under warranty. No one has solved the problem and I empty the pan once a week so it doesn't spill over onto wood floor. I can see the heater tubing underneath and, again, everything is brand new and this is a repeat problem from the prior new one. I do not have any interior frosting, icing, dripping, cooling nor sealing issues. Please help.
