Marvel Fridge Drawers... Kind of NOISY?

We just got these put in. We still have to put the cabinet panels on them.

They seem to run a little loud. They are in our Dining area which is attached to our LR and it's slightly annoying. Also, there is a high pitched noise- not just a low rumble that comes along with it.

It is by no means horrible but just wondering what others have experienced. They are louder than our Elux full size fridge...

I wonder if the cabinet panels will muffle the sound a bit?

RE: Marvel Fridge Drawers... Kind of NOISY?

I have the beverage fridge. It was pretty noisy when I first installed it too. It sounded like a jet engine at times. Adding cabinet panels will muffle it a bit. I took it another step further by lining the cabinet walls with foam insulation that I bought at Home Depot, similar to the link below. It's a panel that I just cut to fit the space. Now the sound level is similar to my main fridge.

Here is a link that might be useful: Foam Insulation
