French Cook Top: I need the Dish

I did search threads, but didn't find much except for one bluestar thread.

So, who has one?

I've never cooked on one, but I was watching one of the youtube videos on Bluestar's website, specifically the risotto and realized it seemed to be something I was missing when I cooked. The ability to shift temperatures without individually adjusting burners.

What else do you find you use it or rather find it useful for besides sauces and risottos?

I'm no professionally trained gourmet chef but I love to cook. I'm wondering if the french top gives your more flexibility than four burners or if you feel it limits you more?

Opinions? Experiences? Bluestar experiences even better, or if you have experience with another range, woudl love to hear it.
