We have a now-discontinued Fagor 30" oven with 3 regular racks (non-extending, much to my chagrin) (fwiw, the oven is excellent, but the company filed for bankruptcy shortly after we got it). Unfortunately the racks were left in the oven during the self-clean cycle and now it's hard to make them budge. For someone who coveted gliding racks (but couldn't get the oven I wanted due to configuration of cabinetry), having REGULAR racks that don't move is a real bummer!

So, since the oven is discontinued, and I can't find replacement parts online, is it possible to substitute generic oven racks? What do I have to look for besides the same length and width?
