Time Cook on Themador Gas Range PRG366JG

I was told by a Thermador Rep that the Thermadore Pro Grand Range (Model PRG 355JG)time cook can work in the following manner.

You set the end timethe time you wish it to be readyand you tell it how long you wish to bake or roastbased on that it knows when it needs to start, so you do not need to tell it that.

You want ti done at 5:00PM

The recipe calls for roasting at 350 for 3 hours.

It will then start it at 2:00 PM automatically.

I am asking becuase they have no example of that in the manual and I have not been ablet o find a working one here in Southern Arizona.

Can anyton confirm this?

Talk with all soon...
