Yes, I remember, If I recall, correctly, I was the one that was able to help her.

As I recall, the door was stuck closed on one of the double ovens, after she cleaned it. She could not use the other oven because of the alarm going off due to the jammed door.

I Had her or her husband push on the door, whilst the other was turning the circuit breaker off and then back on. The door finally unlocked and on She went on to have a nice Thanksgiving!
