Hi there.

We put in a Thermador PRG304GH all-gas 30" range about two years ago.

About 2 months ago the left-front little blue light (normally indicating that the burner is on) came on and has refused to go off. And the factory repairman can't seem to fix it despite multiple trips.

When the repairman came, he found that the bolts holding the burners/top together had badly rusted in place. We didn't do anything unusual with respect to cooking or cleaning (if anything, less cleaning than usual, I would think. :-) )

They've escalted to regional repair manager.

But I wonder: has anyone else had either of these problems?
