I realize there is a $2K price difference, but I am looking for user opinons, if that money truley worth it. Does the Thermador offer equal power to all 4 pots at the same time? Is it really more flexible that the Bosch? How about the way the temp is adjusted, seems like the Bosch might be easier to adjust the temp since you don't have to "swipe" through the range of settings? Any insight you can give would be appreicated
