I just bought a 48" ILVE range with two ovens. What attracted me to the ILVE is all the great stuff it does. Each oven has its own rotisserie (at no extra charge) . The big oven has many different programs that I can use depending on what I am making. However, I've discovered I use the small oven for everyday. I can prepare a small roast on the spit without getting the big oven dirty. I made desert at the same time in the large oven. I am finding new things about my range every day. Cooking and baking is my hobby and the Ilve range is such a joy. If anyone else has an Ilve, please tell me what you've discovered. Maybe we can form a club!

RangeGal - With all the recent responses to older posts on Verona and now ILVE, I am beginning to think that you own or work for EuroChef. If so, that's great because information on the products is needed but you should disclose it if you do own or work there.

Personally, I am interested in the ILVE induction range and information is seriously lacking - spec sheet, pictures, price, availability.

While I do not work directly for EuroChef I do work in the field for the brand. I used to have a 24" Electric in my NYC apartment and currently have the Dual Fuel Verona double oven in my home. My mother cooks on an 40" ILVE range (burgundy and brass) and I have been able to play with her beauty many times.
I do not believe the Induction is yet in stock, but I did see it in person at the AD Home Show and it is a BEAUTY! EuroChef does have all of the specs and pictures on the ilveappliances.com website so make sure you check them out. I think the ETA is later this summer.
