Exhaust fan recommendations?

Hello. My range hood will look similar to the photo below. I'm seeking recommendations for a good exhaust fan that will be concealed under the hood, so it doesn't have to be pretty.
I will have a 36" pro style range of some sort, possibly Jenn-Air or Wolf. I really liked my last Jenn-Air range. I do love the looks of the pretty light blue Cornufe Albertine, but I know next to nothing about this line.
