Electrolux Double oven trim

So I installed the electrolux icon pro double oven yesterday. The opening is the exact size they suggest but the bottom trim doesnt seem to fit correctly.

It can only really go on one way and according to the install instructions it is in right. It hangs lower than the the bottom of the oven so when I push it into the opening it gets smashed.

i also noticed that this is a different bottom trim than that of the regular electrolux double oven. That trim is stainless and seems to fit in order to cover the bottom of the opening. The one that came with the icon is black and seems upside down. Instead of covering the bottom of the opening it seems to sit on top of it.

Can anyone help me out here??

Hi, just did a search for the same problem and found this. If you're still around, wondering if you (or anyone else) were able to figure out the bottom trim piece?
