True TS49 and TS35 - Install in new Construction House???

Ok so we are just at the Hvac and Electrical stage of my build. My plan was to put in a 33" all refrigerator in the kitchen. And a similar sized freezer in a large pantry off the kitchen. Anyway I found a guy who is selling is 6 year old True TS49 and TS35 for $1500.

He has them on remote compressor. Since I am building new this is easy to accommodate. Also there is no room for them in the kitchen so they will both go in the pantry. Oddly enough it will still create a working triangle.

So should I have any reservations about this? Also is this a good price? Will they be energy drainers?

MAny people who've used commercial refrigerators in a residence were surprised at how noisy some of them are.

The True units are certainly reliable though.

We have them in our office - they are hideously noisy. Maybe the remote compressor will help?
