| I've seen mixed reviews on the GE Monogram appliances. We are gutting our kitchen. I found a great deal on a 36" Monogram Rangetop at a scratch & dent place and it is on hold. Looks like never installed and can't find a dent. Any concerns I should have? This is a GE place and sells with warranty. How can I tell if made by GE or DCS?

| Did a quick image search of that unit for you--looks like the DCS made model. One way to tell is the control knobs on the DCS ones were skinny and the GE made ones are chunkier--like you'd find on a grill. I have the GE made one and have had no problems. Hope this helps! |
