French Door Fridge: Easy Open Freezer Drawer?

Hello,
Does anyone know if any of the French Door refrigerators have an easy to open freezer drawer?
We will need to replace our current FD refrigerator very soon and one of the things that we dislike about it is how hard it is to open the freezer drawer as well as move the inside the freezer top drawer/basket.
Are all FD freezer drawers hard to open and close? (Maybe it's just the Amana one we have? It hurts both my and my husband's backs and we are in decent shape and don't have any back issues)

We don't have any problems with our elux - but all relative.

Samsung - and I had back surgery 6 yrs ago. It's one of the main reasons why we went with Samsung. Their freezer drawers are so easy to open. No regrets.

just went appliance shopping today and yes, you can buy them, I can't remember which ones they were, but I know they had them at Home Depot and if you pull on the freezer and it pulls up rather than stays stiff, that is an easy open one. When you pull on it and pull up, little tabs gently push the drawer towards you. Sorry I'm not remembering the brand it was on, but I promise it exists!

I have a Kenmore Elite FD fridge - bought in April 2013. No problems with the freezer drawers at all.

The higher end LG ones have the easy open drawer. You can tell which ones have this by the handles that pull slightly upwards as someone else posted above.

I'd highly recommend trying one of those handles before you buy it - they drive me crazy - just another moving part. But that might be more important to you if the drawer opens easier.
