It couldn't be any easier on the bluestar. You slide out the drip pan and take out the three metal liner inserts to clean and wash them. I dont know if the NXR has the inserts like the bluestar though. But the inserts do make it a lot easier, especially if it's a 36" range.

No--it pulls out from the front of the oven, right above the oven door.

We don't even remove the pans at all. We just line them with foil and change the foil every couple of week.

My housekeeper does it all.

The Bluestar RNB has the individual drip trays that are removable. The BS RCS has one drip tray that pulls out the same way as the RNB but then it's only one large pan. I don't know if it's removable or not, but it does slide out very far so you can then wipe it off really easily with a sponge even if it's not removable. We had a similar drip tray to the RCS type one on our old range and it was fairly easy to keep clean.

Here's the tray pulled out, (and dirty) on the RNB36.
Range gets cooked on three or more times a day, and it's been about two weeks since I last wiped it out. You can see I use my griddle more than my burners :)
Typically I just wipe it out with a sponge or paper towel. If there is a spill or drips, the individual pans lift out, and can be taken to the sink for washing.
