I'm in the process of remodeling our kitchen. I narrowed down the 30" gas range stove selection between a Bertazzoni Master series and a Bosch 800 series. At this point I am looking at single fuel.

My in-laws have Bertazzoni. I have cooked with it a little and it is a solid range. Easy to clean, very simple without unnecessery bells and whistles. Currently Bertazzoni includes a free range hood which helps. Anyone has experience with Bertazzoni range hood?

I have no experience with Bosch besides the Bosch dishwasher we have and love btw. I cook and bake a lot, looked at Bosch's manual and it has some extra features like proof, but maybe that is just more parts to brake and extras that I will never use in the end.

Anyone face a similar dilemma? What do you recommend?
