Meile fridge Model KF1911

Bought Meile Fridge model no KF1911 was somewhat quiet until the grinding noise started it happens every now and then its quite loud and disturbing. After three service calls Meile decide to replace my fridge. This was no easy task as the fridge was built in covered by wood. The new fridge is absolutely TERRIBLE Very noisy and yes still get the grinding noise however somewhat diminished. They sent in their so called expert and of course he stated it was normal noise. All my appliances with the one exception are Meile and work satisfactorily. My previous Fridge was a Sub Zero Absolutely fantastic could not hear it. Sold my house appliances included, should have kept it.
Where do I go from here ? If any one is considering a class action I am willing to join in. We cant allow Meile to get away with this

I have the same refrigerator, about 1 month old. There is noise, notable but not very loud, some of the time from condenser activity. Otherwise, the refrigerator is silent.

Had you taken the time to read the user guide you would know that the fridge is expected to make some noise. That is detailed in the user guide.

Miele has a buy back policy. Perhaps they will take back the fridge and you can replace it with a SZ, which will fit in your opening with slight alteration.

I considered the SZ but went with the Miele after SZ told me that power outages, which we have several times a year, would cause the controller board to fail and possibly void the warranty.

For $1000 more than the Miele that wasn't an option. It also isn't a class action worthy when there is advance notification and the company is honest.

The OP registered today. Then says that most of their appliances are Miele (which they can't spell correctly) and are fine yet since this one isn't they'd be up for filing a class action suit. Really? I'm thinking spam.
