| Hi All,
I need to replace my 1 year old GE gas cooktop. Long story short, I can a lot and the weight of my canner has warped the grates like you wouldn't believe. The grate configuration is two grates supported in the front and back - not on the sides/middle, so it was a losing situation from the start. GE does not make any cooktops that have four individual grates, or any that are supported in the middle, so I need to look at a different brand. I don't want to spend my left bun, but I can get a discount from a dealer in my state that says I just have to furnish the model number, etc. of the one I want and then we can talk money. Anyone have any suggestions on a cooktop that fits the above criteria? Thanks for your help. Sheila |
