Zephyr, Futuro, or Ventahood?

Any help/opinions greatly appreciated! We are fixing up the kitchen in a new home, currently has a 36" gas cooktop with a downdraft vent.

We need an island hood to go over a 36 inch 6 burner gas Bertazzoni cooktop (about 51,000 btu's total).
We are planning a 42" island hood.
We like the glass canopy models such as Zephyr Milano and Futuro Mooncrystal, but are worried about capture area and upkeep of the glass. The Zephyr Napoli looks a little better for capture area. The vent-a-hood seems bulky, and our current VAH seems louder on low speeds than the zephyr we saw in the showroom. We have read the very mixed reviews on the Futuro (6" duct issue), and a few positive on the Zephyr. Our old house has VAH. Cooking style is simmer and saute, no wok, always boiling pasta water.
Any current opinions/recs on these hoods?
