This description strikes me as an improbable design for manufacture. Perhaps you need access to the rear of the unit to disconnect lines.

In any case, SubZero actually answers the telephone and connects callers with helpful persons. I can't predict their answer to your question, but I expect that they will be inclined to suggest repair by a qualified tech with access to their repair information. If you are qualified, but do not have the information, perhaps they will send it to you.

Yes the arrangement is 'improbable' to use kas's description. That's the reason for the post.

The 2 compressors and the condenser coil are mounted on a tray and stacked in the tightest space you've likely ever seen.

The way these 'built in' units work there's never any access from the back.

That's why I hope to hear from anyone who might have worked on one of these.
