Subzero Refrig Experience Replacing 2 Compressors on a Slide Tray

Curious if anyone has experience with this job.

I'm looking at a model 427, with 2 ref drawers below and a wine cooler above, but the refrigeration arrangement looks the same if there are two lower refrig drawers and a larger refrig box above like the 700tr and others.

I.E. the two compressors and condenser coil are on a slide out tray in the bottom.

First question is the equipment tray slides out about 7". Evaporator hard tubing prevents sliding further. This just allows access to the front compressor.

It appears you have to cut three copper refrig. lines to access both compressors. That is doable. The bigger question is how does one re-plumb that tubing with the tray out in the floor and still get it all to slide back into place?

A video on this would be priceless!

Tips appreciated.
