Wolf L Series Double Oven Problem

During preheat and cool down in my Wolf L Series double oven, there is a sound similar to metal flexing or someone hitting the wall. Before calling repair, thought I would post for any potential solution. The oven has only had minimal use since installation last month. Thanks much!

Glbguy - thanks for the response. It was recommended to run self-clean in both ovens. Within minutes of starting the cycle in the upper oven - BOOM! I think they may be on something. Hopefully, this does resolve the issue.
