It's just a Whirlpool, which is a rebadged Sharp. You'll probably find more reviews under it's sister names, including Kenmore.

we have this microwave. works fine. it has pull-down door. we needed a fully black microwave with a pull-down door since swing door was not an option.

Do you mean the built-in oven with the drop-down door that installs in a cabinet, or the over-the-cooktop oven with an integral exhaust hood? They're very different even though they have the same name.
