Here are my tentative appliance choices
gaggenau full induction
24 inch sensortronic miele convection oven
24 inch miele steam oven (tentative)
30 inche miele convection one --- can't decide between sensortronic and m series -- only m series has rotisiere chicken ability but not sure if that is worth $1,000 (i know the wireless probe is not worth the price difference to me) --- what do you guys think about the rotissiere chicken??
1 30 inch sub zero refrige/freezer
1 other fridge for pantry --- not sure what yet so recs welcomed --- don't want standard depth but not built in (trying to save money by putting extra fridge in pantry instead of having two sub zero 30 inches in kitchen)
some miele d/w with a cutlery rack - suggestions???
some small inexpensive microwave for pantry

my big question really is about the miele convection --- sensortronic or m series. just can't decide. thoughts/help appreciated
