During a kitchen remodel, the biggest challenge is often figuring out which appliances are worthy of space and if the higher priced "new age" appliances will be worth it. I posted on this forum trying to figure out if investing in the gagg combi steam is worth it. Well the answer is in!

We just hosted 30+ people for a brunch party and the combi oven totally rocked! I made Roasted rosemary baby potatoes and a fritatta in the oven and they were moist with a nice crust and really delish. The oven needed no cleaning and experience was really easy.
