I recently received my new KA stainless, French Door, Counter Depth Fridge as part of my kitchen remodel. I really like it. However, I noticed right away that condensation started forming on the strip between the two doors. Then it drips down onto the freezer and eventually onto my wood floor. It happens more when the weather is humid (I think)..., The door is fully shut.

I called Whirlpool / KA and supposedly they're sending out a tech tomorrow. I say supposedly because they were supposed to come on Monday, but never showed. (after they gave me an 8 hour window, which required me to take time off of work......not a good omen...)

Now that the weather has cooled, as Murphy's law would have it, condensation isn't forming as much. Thankfully I took pictures.

Is this a common problem for French doors or KA? Thoughts? advice?
