30" dual oven ranges

I am moving and going to be remodeling my kitchen. I currently have a 8 burner Viking with 2 ovens. I decided not to go the pro (Viking, Thermador, etc) route due to cost, lack of dual ovens in 30", and lack of features (electronics,self cleaning,etc). I am looking for a slide-in.

I am considering the GE Cafe CGS990SETSS and the Electrolux EW30DS75KS.

The Electrolux is dual fuel. Both have 5 burners on top and high output burners. The main difference I see is the look. The GE has a real looking 2nd oven on top of the big oven while the Electrolux is a drawer at the bottom. They both run around $3k.

Any one have experience with either of these?

I guess I do see the Electrolux has ball bearing racks and a European convection system (extra oven burner). The GE has a griddle and oval burner in the middle (only 8k btu though).
