Appliance Mix

We are beginning a kitchen remodel soon and I need to decide on new appliances. The plan is to keep our Samsung French Door Fridge but want new cooking appliances to include a 30" gas or dual fuel range, single wall oven, built in microwave, wine fridge and new dishwasher. Looking for recommendations among KitchenAid, Bosch, GE, and Electrolux...don't think Viking/Wolf are in our price range. Any ideas would be great...

Standard 30" wall oven? or maybe 24" ?

Built-in undercounter 24" wine fridge?

Are you using your old range hood?

Standard 30" wall over and probably a 30" range, maybe 36". New range hood. Built in undercount wine fridge as well, 24". Our budget: we would like to stay around 8K for everything.
