You need to clarify what it is you are asking for is what you're actually asking for. A range has burners on top and an oven below. Consumer grade ranges are 30" and it takes a good amount of money to move up to a 36" as you have to move up from a basic consumer grade category. A regular range can be free standing, where it sits on it's own feet, and in a consumer grade appliance, usually has a backguard. There are a couple of 36" consumer grade ranges, but they are mostly weak 30" ranges with fillers on both sides. A slide in range will have little lips that sit over the side of the counters when it slides in on it's own feet. It only comes in a 30" size. A drop in range, which is what you are asking about, sits on a cabinet box below, has no feet, and has small lips that sit over the counters. It's an obsolete style, is barely being made anymore, and there is no 36".

If you want a 36" cooking surface, your best bet is to move to a 36" cooktop (with the 42" vent above) and a wall oven. You will lose 30" of counter space, need more electrical circuits, and more than double the money costs for appliances and cabinetry to hold them. Or, move to a 36" pro style range for about the same money as all of the extras for the consumer grade cooktop and wall oven. And then buy a vent that's stronger to work with that pro grade range.
