fagor 3fca68nfx vs liebherr cs1310

Hi,

I need to purchase a 24 inch wide refrigerator and deciding between the Fagor 3FCA68NFX & Liebherr CS1310 models. I am leaning towards the Fagor because of price. Does anyone know if it's noisy or any other downfalls of the Fagor unit. Also, one appliance store mentioned that it's questionable whether it's UL approved which I find hard to believe because it's sold in so many places.
