You could check the water input line to see if it's frozen or clogged.

Thanks for your help. I checked the water line, it was OK, but I found some built up ice on a moving part. Cleared it off and VOILA, it is working fine. It is a bottom freezer and I needed to get down on my knees, because I couldn't see it, but I could feel it. I am 73 so it was not an easy task, but saved a service call.
