Oven rack question

We're looking at new appliances and have narrowed down the oven to either the Electrolux WaveTouch or the GE Profile (new style). The Electrolux has two rolling racks and the GE has one. How big an issue is this? Can you buy an extra rolling rack?

Also, I understand the Electrolux had some issues with the interior (blue) porcelain. We happened to see a floor model today - great price, but when we opened the door, the porcelain was definitely compromised in two spots around some screws. This may have been "older", we don't know. Is this still something to be concerned about?

Maybe they would replace the liner under warranty. Something to negotiate when you buy it.
I would buy an extended warranty just in case but read carefully to see what the exclusions are.
I like one rolling rack for the bottom but I switch the top rack around a lot so prefer it to be the regular kind.

You can almost always order an extra glide-out rack from appliance parts dealers, as long as the existing one that ships with the oven can be installed in multiple locations
