Sub Zero Wine Cooler Won't Cool Adequately

Just noticed this past week that our Sub Zero 424 is warming up, not holding temperature. It is seven yrs. old. I have a sneaking suspicion that I need to vacuum the condenser coils, which I admit, I've never done. Does this make sense to you guys??? Don't want to call the technician if I don't need to!

It does not cost anything to clean the coils and vent grill. Then see what happens.

If that doesn't solve the problem, then it may be time for a tech visit. You can also utilize some of what you paid for when you bought the unit -- a live person at SubZero who will try to be helpful.
