I bought LG French door refrigerator its about 2 yrs old the rrim around the door came off like in 3 months.it tore.ripped a mess.I was cleaning it one day one tray I cannot explain what happened I heard a bang it was in a million pieces.My husband hates mine.I hope you have better luck.Its just hubby & I Our kids are all married.It seemed like trim around the door was to big,??

If they can't balance them there on the spot, chances are that they can't be balanced. If you aren't okay with the doors being uneven, don't let them leave them that way and trust that another technician will be able to balance them.

Stand back and look at the fridge from all angles. Carefully! A shallow dent may not show up when you are looking straight on the fridge, but will become visible in different lighting or at another angle.

Check to make sure that the freezer door opens and closes smoothly. If it doesn't, make them adjust it to your satisfaction before they leave. If they can't, don't trust that another technician will be able to do so.

I am afraid that you have to wait two weeks to get preserve fruits and vegetables. In my opinion you have to call more then one technicians for the solution.
