Whirlpool satina vs stainless steel

I have finally picked out a 21 cu. Whirlpool top freezer refrigerator. Now I am agonizing

between the real stainless steel and the Satina finish. I am wondering what finish

others have picked in the Whirlpool line and have they been happy with their choice.

What appeals to you with the Satina? Keep in mind if/when replacing your other appliances satina may not be available. Current trend by manufacturers is moving towards gas cooking only being available in SS, not black, white, or satina.

I can easily tell the difference between the two but I look at SS all day.

Only disadvantage in my mind to SS is its not always fun to clean and deep cross grain scratches are their forever.

Satina in my mind is like a laminate.

SS is 100% recyclable, won't crack, chip, fray.
