I have a four year old KA side by side (KSCS 25FKSS) and I have had to replace most of the plastic bins due to breakage.

Luckily, the door bins are under lifetime warranty but the

crisper bin cost me 168.00 to replace. I spent 45 minutes on the phone today and finally asked to speak to a manager. She assured me that there was nothing she could do about giving me a better price. When I asked for her manager, she told me that he was unavailable. When I asked for his phone number and name she said that she was "not at liberty to give me that info." Granted, the unit is four years old. I paid $2300.00 for it. Am I unrealistic to expect better quality?

I think the customer service dept needs a new name. They don't know the first thing about service.

Anyone else having problems with broken bins?
