set time on a Miele Optima dishwasher

We have a Miele Optima dishwasher and used to have a shorter wash time set of 57 minutes. We recently had to reboot it - and now have a default time of 2 hours. We cannot remember how to reset the time for the various cycles - can anyone help?

Miele is made by Germans so it tells you how much time it will take. :)

My Optima seems to adjust the time based on how long it took previously to do certain tasks. Other than heating time I'm not sure how it could determine the length of time to apply to its tasks, so maybe this is heating variable only.

Using the turbo mode will reduce the time it expends washing.
