I don't have an answer for you, but if I remember correctly from when I installed mine the hose comes already attached to the dishwasher. That means that it should have been tightened correctly at the factory.

That's who would "take it back" or facilitate Bosch doing so.

Bosch is not likely to take it back with you calling them. They will send out technicians til they think it's fixed or the warranty period expires.

It'll be interesting to see what the prob is, since every unit is pressurized and run in the factory to check for leaks prior to shipping. And, it'd be a rare case for something to work loose to cause a leak. I'd guess your package was mis handled along the way.

I just called lowes and they were very good about it. They will pickup tomorrow and order a new unit as an exchange. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
