| Hi,
I bought this range when I renovated my kitchen. The broiler didn't work but I forgot to call Sears to tell them. A year later it's still not working and I remembered to call, but they, of course, won't honor their warranty. | Sorry about the broiler problem but just a few things. First "SEARS won't honor their warranty" well it's not their warranty it is LG's and after a year there is no warranty. How far over a year is it? A month? Try calling LG they might help. BUT if it's any longer your out of luck. The only problem I have seen with this range is the knob issue that was in the reviews they easily break, stems are plastic and have even melted. Good luck. |
