| Just bought a Samsung fridge and decided to register it online. I know the warranty for a year is good even if you don't register it but I found out that if you do and answer a few questions that your warranty is extended by 3 months.
So, doesn't hurt to do it and so far I haven't been bombarded by any additional emails or such. The warranty extension didn't happen when I registered our new Induction stove by GE so maybe only Samsung is doing this. |
