| I was cleaning my Kobe hood and took off the impeller covers and couldn't figure out how to get them back on. There was nothing in the manual about it. I called Kobe Cust Svc, and Karen promptly emailed me pictures of how the impeller cover should be installed. She also told me how to clean it without taking it off. I was very pleased with her assistance. "Exceeded expectations," as they say.
Just wanted to throw this out for anyone considering a Kobe hood. I love mine. Quiet, attractive, and powerful, and now, good customer service. |
