Hi valued forum members! I'm uneducated to date on the best places to buy and the highest rated units so I figured this would be a great place to ask the experts.

I'm in the market for a 36in, counter depth, bottom freezer, built-in fridge. Can a person trust buying these used? If so, where does one find these used units?

If one decides to buy new, any ideas again on the best brands, models and biggest bang for the buck(least expensive)? While I like subzero's, I don't have the budget for that. I was "hoping" to find something in the $3,500 to a max of $6,000 out there. Thus far, I've not made much progress.
