 o
selling range--what's a reasonable price?

We are hoping to sell our 15 year-old dual-fuel range as part of our kitchen remodeling. I have not been able to find anything comparable online, so I have no idea how much to ask. Here are the specs. What do you think is a reasonable price?

Kenmore 36-inch professional dual-fuel range with gas cooktop and convection oven (model 790.74403)

Works perfectly; very easy to clean (self-cleaning). Have had no problems in the 7 years we've used it (purchased by previous homeowners).

5 burners including 1 power (high BTU) burner, 2 simmer burners, and 2 standard burners.
Cast iron grates.
Can use main oven in regular or convection mode.
Timed baking and roasting (automatic on & off).
Has narrow auxiliary oven on the side.

$300 would be very optimistic for a 15 year old oven.

I think it's worth about $100. If you could get $300 I would be surprised.

I listed it at $300 & we've got several people interested. I'm confident it will sell. Thanks for the advice!
