| My freezer gets this black stuff in the top and sides of the gasket pleat. I know a Clorox solution is the remedy but the question is what proportion? I don't want to degrade the gasket rubber.
Called the Vike service line yesterday but no human and no callback. Today's my maintenance day. Anyone else need to deal with this? |

| You should only use a couple tablespoons to a quart of water. Also add a couple drops of dishwashing soap. |
